- The Position:
- Key Functions -
- 1. To act as a key player in realizing the company's success in bringing it's
- advanced technologies to new markets.
- 2. To establish a rapport with client personnel at all levels, allowing the
- identification of existing problems.
- 3. To develop inovative solutions that may have a technical, economical, or
- organizational edge.
- 4. To act as a trusted technical consultant with superior sales skills.
- 5. To prepare, submit and negotiate comprehensive proposals for projects in the
- range of $2,000 to $1,000,000.

- The Ideal Candidate:
- 1. Has proven sales experience in a process plant environment.
- 2. Has a thorough knowledge of unit operations in refineries, chemical and/or
- petrochemical plants.
- 3. Has experience in relating to plant personnel at all levels in the process
- industries.
- 4. Has strong technical skills and instincts that allow him or her to both
- relate to the potential client's problems, and to come up with inovative
- solutions.
- 5. Has a proven ability to gain access to decision makers at all levels.

- Education:
- An undergraduate degree in Engineering. The successful candidate will be a
- Professional Engineer, eligible to be a member of APEGGA.
- Certified Engineering Technologists will only be considered if they can
- demonstrate extensive relevant experience and personal attributes.
