  21. As a frequent participant in the debate (at least for the past couple of
  22. months), it would be rather hypocritical of me to do this.  Nonetheless, I
  23. wholeheartedly support this effort to regain ca.politics.  I would like
  24. nothing better than to see this whole subject dropped.  After all, the debate
  25. has continued for more than a year and a half and I suspect that not much
  26. new has been said for some time.  The readers of this group have more than
  27. enough evidence to decide whom they believe.

  29. Interestingly enough, on one side of the debate, you've had Mr. Cramer for
  30. the entire period of time.  On the other side, the personnel have changed
  31. frequently over the entire period.  Not, as Mr. Cramer claims, because of
  32. the overwhelming irrefutability of his logic or evidence, but for other
  33. reasons which I'm not going to list because Mr. Cramer would claim that it
  34. is a personal attack on him.

  36. In my own defense, I would like to add that I do not originate postings in
  37. this debate, but simply respond to Mr. Cramer's postings.  If he were to
  38. stop, so would I.  In fact, I would be more than happy to give him the last
  39. word, as long as it truly is the last word.
