- Look, guys, you've been discussing this for months now. Everybody
- else has become increasingly bored with it. You aren't going to convince
- each other of anything, all you are doing is decreasing the level
- of civility and discussion, and annoying everyone else who reads this
- group.

- I know it seems strange, but there are many of us out there who
- think that ca.politics is a place where we should discuss things
- like whether or not Jerry Brown is going to run for mayor of LA,
- or the Pete Wilson recall drive, and is not a place for the
- continuous rehashing of a peripheral debate which has lost all
- ability to interest anyone except those extending it.
