  13. Is there anybody who feels comfortable enough being able to spot CHP at
  14. night that they go over the speed limit regularly (or do you merely take
  15. the gamble) ?

  17. I feel pretty comfortable during the day - although I did get burned once
  18. by a patrol car just getting on the highway.

  20. Any tips on recognition - I guess they are starting to phase in top bar
  21. lights...
  22. (and is radar detection significantly useful ?)
