  13. This seems like a job for either a kappa statistic (interobserver
  14. agreement/disagreement) or a Spearmann's rank correlation. I don't have the
  15. calculation methods right here, but you can look them up in a number of
  16. different texts.  Come to think of it, SAS PROC CORR can do Spearmann's rank
  17. correlations.
