  13. I'm cross listing this.

  15. I have just read the December 1992 _Scientific American_ article by
  16. V.L. Smith and A.W. Williams "Experimental Market Economics."  I want to
  17. set up an "election market" along the lines of the sidebar on page 120.
  18. Could someone on this list e-mail me a reference on where I can read
  19. about the details of how this was done?  There must be e-mail directions
  20. because the market was conducted via e-mail.
