  18. Woa!  Wait a minute and re-read what I wrote.  I wrote that the word
  19. "psychologist" *IS* a regulated word.  As far as I know, "psychological
  20. assessment" is not; neither is psychotherapy.

  28. Well, what you are saying is that not everyone can get their hands on the
  29. materials.  So what I say is valid.  Given that a person has legal access
  30. to the assessment instruments, they can use them.  Think about all the
  31. folks who administer the WAIS-R, the Meyers-Briggs, the TAT.  Are these
  32. people all psychologists?  I think we would find alot of social workers,
  33. psychiatrists, nurses, people with degrees in education, etc. doing the
  34. administration and the scoring.

  36. What makes us think we have the corner on the market?
  37. Criteria for filing for third-party reimbursement is another topic all
  38. together, yet not unrelated.
