  18. One additional point. In order to restart PMDF to its proper role in handling
  19. the delivery of Jnet mail you need to stop and restart processing for your
  20. local link in JCP. This corresponds to using the STOP command (with the
  21. local node as a parameter), waiting a bit, and then using the START command
  22. (same parameter).
