  22. I was using mailserv when it was unsupported in version 4.0.  Now that I've
  23. upgraded to 4.1 and it is supported, I received the following message when I
  24. tried to subscribe to one of my mailing lists:

  26.         Mailing lists are not enabled, command: subscribe inservice-l
  27.         Subsequent commands ignored because of previous error.

  29.         Use the HELP command to get a list of legal MAILSERV commands.

  31. So, how do "enable" mailing lists in version 4.1?
