  12. Does anyone know if operator security works with technical processing
  13. groups in item records?  I can restrict passwords to certain technical
  14. processing groups in copy holdings records, but I'd like to be able to
  15. prevent staff in different service units from accidentally deleting
  16. unlinked item records created for course reserve in other service units.
