  11. Emily Batista asks what happened to her statement of fine rates on overdue
  12. notices when she moved from 4.6 to 5.0.2.  Well, we've all seen this
  13. statement disappear at that pivotal juncture.  I understood, however, that
  14. it had been reinserted into the code with 5.0.2.  Now that Indiana
  15. University is at 5.1, having skipped 5.0.2 altogether, we still are not
  16. getting it printed on our notices.
