  13. I believe that as long as the 'USE' count is greater than zero, your NEWCOPY
  14. will fail.  Is it GTO that makes the USE value hang on?  I can't remember
  15. why the USE count is usually non-zero nowadays, but it came about when we
  16. upgraded either GTO or NOTIS a while back.  I think it was 5.0 NOTIS.  Some
  17. program is using DFLCT100 and not releasing it when done with it, I think.
