- Is anyone using v. 4 in mono? For the life of me, I can't squeeze bold
- underlining out of the beast - ascii+italics symbol set on an svga
- display, starting NB with /m switch.

- While on the point, I have the impression that there are surprisingly
- _few_ underlining options generally. I think the value I use for
- normal underlining is the only one on my display, in fact.

- Generally, my prejudices are vindicated: why use colours for different
- print modes, when (with apparently the one exception!) one can now get
- the real thing?
