- I sometimes use Desqview with NB4, and when I do, I load QEMM386 etc. to manage
- memory. I have noticed, however, that QEMM fills in the 512K video memory on my
- ATI Wonder+ card, defeating the advantages of using Lingua with that card. I
- noticed this when I switched to using only DRDOS 6.0's own memory manager
- features in a different version of config.sys and autorexec.bat, and then upon
- calling up NB4 the colors in the video pallet were different, as was the display
- under Lingua.
- Do any of the Desqview experts have any suggestions for switches to use with
- QEMM so that I can still use Lingua under Desqview while still taking full
- advantage of the ATI card? The only thing that seems to prevent QEMM386 from
- filling in the card's ram is to delete the RAM setting; but that just about
- stops QEMM386 from using any high memory altogether.
- Thanks
