  17. Some mixed news from Baltics - Lithuania has elected COMMUNIST party back - 
  18. (they call themselves something like Democratic Labour Party now).
  19. And at least some positive - Finnish Communist PArty has dissolved itself - 
  20. $19.1 million (US) in debts which they say they are unable to pay off
  21. (no wonder).
