  11. Hello, I have a problem with KERMIT CMS v4.2.3 talkin to another KERMIT thru
  12. a ZYPLEX (TCP/IP terminal server) and out to a modem.  If anyone has a similiar
  13. configuration, please let me know.

  15. Here's the setup:
  16. VM/CMS/KERMIT v4.2.3 (CMS LEVEL 8)
  17. to
  18. TCP/IP v2.xx
  19. to
  20. XYPLEX (see note below)
  21. to
  22. MODEM on 1;PS/2 MODEL 50, or a MAC or an AMIGA! (12/2400 baud, 8N1)

  24. It does not work either way, upload or download.

  26. NOTE 1:
  27. The XYPLEX box does a 'protocol conversion' from a serial line on a PC
  28. (either hard-wired or modem) and converts it to TCP/IP format and
  29. connects to an internet site.  This may be a poor choice of words but it is
  30. the best i can come up with.
