- Hello, I have a problem with KERMIT CMS v4.2.3 talkin to another KERMIT thru
- a ZYPLEX (TCP/IP terminal server) and out to a modem. If anyone has a similiar
- configuration, please let me know.
-
- Here's the setup:
- VM/CMS/KERMIT v4.2.3 (CMS LEVEL 8)
- to
- TCP/IP v2.xx
- to
- XYPLEX (see note below)
- to
- MODEM on 1;PS/2 MODEL 50, or a MAC or an AMIGA! (12/2400 baud, 8N1)
-
- It does not work either way, upload or download.
-
- NOTE 1:
- The XYPLEX box does a 'protocol conversion' from a serial line on a PC
- (either hard-wired or modem) and converts it to TCP/IP format and
- connects to an internet site. This may be a poor choice of words but it is
- the best i can come up with.
-
- Any Ideas or Help will be greatly appreciated.
- Thanks,
