  11. I invested some time a while back looking at the JES2 external
  12. writer as a way to drive our Xerox laser printer.  I turned up
  13. the following documentation (note: we run MVS/ESA 3.1.3 /
  14. JES2 3.1.1):

  25. If you still have your JES2 Program Directory sitting around, it
  26. will show that the source code for all the external writer modules
  27. is available on one of the source feature option tapes for JES2.
  28. I tried to order this tape through our IBM branch, but after their
  29. third failure to deliver the correct tape I gave up.  Apparently
  30. you have to reorder the entire JES2 product just to get this one
  31. source tape.  Since IBM refuses to include MVS in the HESC list
  32. its future here is shaky in any case.
