  11. We also noticed a number of 'duplicates' (including those mentioned below
  12. and several others) and will be notifying our IBM Marketing Rep. (as
  13. instructed by Fred's letter) to delete these duplicate licenses if they
  14. exist. It may be that this 'double counting' contributes slightly to the
  15. large number of licenses.
