- HOMEWARD BOUND which an expat Brit got together in SIngapore a few
- years ago, just when the SING government was involved in its campaign to
- increase the general i.q. level by encouraging graduates to have more
- children (no, I can't explain why they thought graduates more
- intelligent than the rest of the population.) Anyway this fellow ended
