  13. I think that leasing the converter boxes would be a very good solution. Just
  14. charge like whatever the amount you would like to lease it for in the
  15. beginning, along with the price of the cable tv, and then refund the money at
  16. the end of the semester/year. Similar to what is done with refrigerators...
