- CSLG?

- Hi,
-
- A few months back, I sent a question to this list asking if Layered Product
- Support (LPS) was required for carrying Media and Documentation Distribution
- Service (MDDS) if our site was a CSLG (v2.7) subscriber.
-
- I have received a tenative answer from our local DEC contract person. We
- have been told that in our case (2 standalone systems - a MicroVAX 3600 and a
- VAX 4000-300) VMS SSS must be carried on the highest rated system AND LPS must
- also be carried on the highest rated system in order for MDDS to be carried and
- this applies for EACH installed product that you want MDDS carried on.
