  11. Here at Kansas State Univ., our CWIS began just a year ago.  One of the
  12. main interests at the time was a section where departments could post
  13. ads for equipment "for sale, trade, or transfer to other departments".
  14. No problem there.  But, inevitably, the question has been raised as to
  15. whether individuals may post ads also -- in a separate area, of course.
  16.  
  17. Does anyone allow personal/individual ads in their CWIS?
  18. Does anyone have policies concerning posting personal ads?
  19. Anyone addressed the legal issues involved?   If you wish,  you may
  20. reply directly to me.  I'll be glad to summarize for the list.
