  11. The following PIPE can be issued from CMS' READY; prompt:

  13. PIPE CMS QUERY 00E | > TEMP FILE A

  15. You'll notice that the result is NOT returned to the stream, the file
  16. is not created/over written, and the result of the QUERY is directed to
  17. the console. In this example, CMS QUERY 00E is querying the virtual
  18. printer defined to the current id. Of course, what I really should be
  19. doing is issuing CP QUERY 00E format.

  21. The result of issuing a CP QUERY via CMS QUERY doesn't pass the result
  22. back to the buffer. Is this a bug in PIPES or CP? Is it working as
  23. designed?
