- I did not want to participate in this discussion which obviously has
- been very active without my input.

- However, by reading Michel Ridgeway's posting yesterday, I suddendly
- realised I almost forgot that the initial complaints are about Geac's
- non-responsiveness or lack of communication towards customers, not
- particularly about this list.

- So, Michel is speaking about how Geac could be more responsive to the
- list. I think Geac should first of all better its communication towards
- its customers, on or off the list.
