  12. I did not want to participate in this discussion which obviously has
  13. been very active without my input.

  15. However, by reading Michel Ridgeway's posting yesterday, I suddendly
  16. realised I almost forgot that the initial complaints are about Geac's
  17. non-responsiveness or lack of communication towards customers, not
  18. particularly about this list.

  20. So, Michel is speaking about how Geac could be more responsive to the
  21. list. I think Geac should first of all better its communication towards
  22. its customers, on or off the list.
