- A search of the Protein Data Bank (PDB) does not find Antithrombin or
- TIMP - There are is just one protein which is found with a query
- for Metalloproteinase -

- THERMOLYSIN (E.C.3.4.24.4) - which is present as a complex with a variety
- of compounds.
