  12. Does anyone out there have a simple procedure for isolating L. lactis plasmid
  13. DNA in reasonable quantities without going through a CsCl gradient?
  14. Are L. lactis plasmids generally high copy or low copy plasmids?
  15.  
  16. Are there any tricks to treating plasmid DNA from this species, ie
  17. should the DNA be heat treated to inactivate any DNAse etc.?
  18. Any help would be much appreciated.
