- G'Day netters,
-
- Does anyone out there have a simple procedure for isolating L. lactis plasmid
- DNA in reasonable quantities without going through a CsCl gradient?
- Are L. lactis plasmids generally high copy or low copy plasmids?
-
- Are there any tricks to treating plasmid DNA from this species, ie
- should the DNA be heat treated to inactivate any DNAse etc.?
- Any help would be much appreciated.
-
-
- Thanks in advance
