  19. It seems we are in agreement here then. We should provide access to the
  20. Internet as soon as possible. I also agree that providing dialup access
  21. to a machine on the Internet would be quicker and more practical to do
  22. now.
  23.    The only real problem with providing SLIP access is that it might
  24. use up resources from others. We do not want the few to hog the resources
  25. that are for the many. However I also think that if we can get the resources
  26. we should provide as much as we can.
