- safest form of transportation. I read about them many years (6) ago when
- I was commuting to work via helicopter (on an oil rig). Sure there are a
- fair number of crashes, but with all the rich shieks, news/police copters,
- there are around 1 million flights per day!

- I'll vote for bikes over cars, though. Most motorcyclists I know (myself
- included) take great pains to ensure that their bike is in top condition
- with good brakes, tires, etc. How many car owners care? All of them?
