  11. The prices on all the listed items are negotiable.  Most of these items came
  12. from an estate and are in reasonably good condition.  Delivery can be
  13. arranged for all but the bedroom set (this takes a pickup).

  16. Bedroom set:
  17. Black laminate set containing a full size platform bed (with mattress),
  18.       dresser (6 drawer), headboard, 2 side tables -- 1 with drawer
  19.       Also includes a 2 x 3 foot black frame mirror.
  20.       Very good condition.

  23. Dinette set:
  24. Oak-grain formica octagon table with chrome legs and 2 leaves.  Comes with
  25.       4 chairs with cane back and beige vinyl seats.

  30. Approximately 5 foot long oak coffee table which is in a modern, rounded
  31.       style with a shelf underneath.  Should have a glass top but glass
  32.       broke in moving.

  37. Brown cut velour (that means a pattern cut into the nap) sofa.  90 inches
  38.       long.

  43. A very reliable 10+ cubic foot refrigerator with inside freezer.  Extremely
  44.       energy efficient.  Has all of its bins.  In excellent condition.

  48. Murray 20 or 22 inch, rear bagger (bag included) lawn mower.  Not self-propelled
  49.       but works well.
