  15. DRAFT MINUTES OF EFF-AUSTIN SPECIAL DIRECTORS' MEETING - NOVEMBER 22, 1992
  16.     Unofficial, pending Board approval.

  18.     Prepared by Steve Jackson.
  19.     Held at the SJ Games office. Called to order at 4:00 pm. Board
  20. members present: John Quarterman (presiding), Smoot Carl-Mitchell,
  21. Steve Jackson, Ed Cavazos. Advisory Board member present: Jon Lebkowsky.

  23.    This special meeting was called by request of John Quarterman and
  24. Steve Jackson, as provided for in the by-laws. Notice was given in
  25. timely fashion through the eff-austin-directors mailing list.

  27. Minutes of the November meeting were approved.
  28.  
  29. MINUTES PROCEDURE
  30.    It was agreed that the Secretary will draft minutes of each meeting
  31. within a week of the meeting, posting them to eff-austin-directors for
  32. approval. Comment period will end one week after this posting, and the
  33. corrected minutes will be posted to austin.eff. They will still be
  34. labeled as "draft and unapproved" until their approval at the next
  35. meeting of the Board. Following their approval (with or without
  36. corrections) at the next Board meeting, the "draft and unapproved"
  37. label will be removed and the final minutes will be posted again
  38. to austin.eff.

  40. SUMMIT MEETING DISCUSSION
  41.    Following extensive discussion of the proposed "chapter confederation"
  42. or "summit" meeting, it was agreed that Ed Cavazos will draft a response,
  43. to be posted immediately to eff-austin-directors. All directors will
  44. comment immediately and the response will be sent Wednesday.

  47.    The meeting was adjourned at 5:20 pm.
