  12. I am looking for a Seagate ST251 40 Mb H.D. that somebody would want
  13. to get rid of cheaply.  I have one already, but it need repairs and would be
  14. considering salvaging parts off another one.  But I would need to experiment.

  16. Preferably it should be in working order, but I would try one which has had
  17. a head crash for example,or other mechanical defects.  I believe my 
  18. problem is electronic and not mechanical.

  20. I am in melbourne, but will be travelling to Sydney and possibly Brissy
  21. too in the very near future ... so I can arrange to check the merchandise,
  22. in any of these capital cities.
