  39. Some of those details should be clarified.  As a "K" call, I'm a little
  40. uneasy about that vague "Intermediate/Novice" class...  And of course,
  41. as Richard has already pointed out, the new provisions have to be
  42. painstakingly cross-checked against the RadCom Act - there is at least
  43. one NSW Amateur who did a number on the DoTC...
