- No - we frequently get stuff on the BC before AR (and ARA) get to print.
- For example, you couldn't get more timely than that "live cross" a few
- weeks back, when we phone-patched the SEANET '92 announcement.
-
- Admittedly, that announcement was short on detail, but be assured that
- Richard VK2SKY has just as much of a nose for news as I did...

- Ah yes, in his rush to scoop the news, "Mr. Ed" (the talking horse)
- sometimes has to "clarify" items. May as well listen to the "true"
- horse first :-)

-
- Which brings to mind a question - why do people join, yet opt out of AR?
- To me, that's the most valuable part of the membership...
-
- | As for changes, I doubt anything the senator mentioned would be changed
- | those poli's get enough egg on face, without looking for more.
-
- Some of those details should be clarified. As a "K" call, I'm a little
- uneasy about that vague "Intermediate/Novice" class... And of course,
- as Richard has already pointed out, the new provisions have to be
- painstakingly cross-checked against the RadCom Act - there is at least
- one NSW Amateur who did a number on the DoTC...
