  11. As part of its plans to "fix" the problems with Workcare, the Kennet
  12. Government's Workcover will not cover transport injury to and from work. 
  13. Workers will now be covered in this activity by the TAC.  This may be OK for
  14. people using vehicles on which the TAC premium is paid but there is a
  15. significant number of people who use vehicles on which no TAC premium is paid.

  17. These people are bicyclists.  That is, people using bicycles for transport to
  18. and from work will soon have no insurance for this activity.
