- We are currently fantasising about running a full AARNET news
- feed but need someone to disabuse us of the belief that its
- within our capability so could someone please answer these questions:
-
- 1)What sort of diskspace would be required
-
- 2) Would running it on a fast Intel 486 box with a scsi hard drive
- running SCO Unix be a reasonable proposition
-
- We already have access to the campus fibre backbone
- so that's not an issue.
-
- Oh and if you have any tips on running SCO unix and its
- capabilities/limitations then please feel free to throw those in.
-
- thanks
