  13. My first effort to follow up failed, but having followed this thread from
  14. the begining  I would still like to see aus.rail formed.

  16. The main reason is the volume of traffic in rec.railroad, which must
  17. interest some people. I unfortunately do not have time at work (or a
  18. computer or time at home) to go through voluminous lists not entirely
  19. relevant to my interests. If something of wider interest comes up in
  20. aus.rail (or Australian interest in rec.railroad) I hope someone (who may
  21. have a much more direct interest or more time than me) will cross post it.

  23. [ I gave up reading rec.aviation (slightly further from my heart than
  24. rec.railroad) for the same reason, but have subscribed to rec.soaring.

  26. I only resubscribed to rec.railroad to check out the suggestion that it is an
  27. appropriate platform for aus.rail and *I* do not think it is! If aus.rail
  28. is killed (assasinated?) perhaps we could push for
  29.         rec.railroad.aus
  30.         r.r.steam

  32.         r.r.modern
  33.         r.r.europe
  34.         etc.
