- Well, considering that import-type cd singles cost around 14 bucks anyway
- (rising to 17 or 18 for ultranew releases, especially at gaslight)...
-
- I'm not going to tell you how much to pay. I'll pay an inflated price for
- something that's difficult to get hold of. (Although for my particular
- copy, I called a UK shop on the day of release, paid 4.49 pounds each and
- airmailed them back. All up that cost me around $30.) I paid $70 for the Orb
- video/CD, and I've never seen another one for sale here. The problem with
- these limited releases is that they're normal price on the day of issue, and
- when everyone's bought one, the prices start inflating in the collectors
- shops. I've got part one of the 'This charming man' and 'Tremelo song'
- double singles (in their double cases), but have never even seen part two of
- either. In these cases, I'll have to pay more, but not everyone would.
-
- So the answer is, make up your own mind.
