- RE: Mac 15 inch printer.
-
- I have a client who does large spreadsheets on a small budget using a
- Macintosh powerbook 100. Her ImageWriter 15 inch has just packed up (cost
- of repair larger than the cost of the machine). She is looking for a 15
- inch dot matrix printer for producing reports. A laser printer would give
- the best result, but money is an obvious limitation here. She had bought a
- Fujitsu DL900, but all DOS oriented printers have to use translators such
- as IceCables. This does not give the clearest printout.
-
- Does anyone know of a suitable printer with a wide platen for use with a
- Mac? Does the recent Epson announcement offer anything in this regard?
-
- Any help appreciated.
