- The University is redeveloping its Student Information System to
- conform with the Ingres Version 6 environment which supports its
- accounting, personnel and payroll systems.

- The successful applicant will be a software analyst/developer with
- appropriate experience to assist during the initial analysis and
- design phase of the project. The appointment is for 12 months
- initially with the possibility of renewal according to the project
- requirements.

- Applicants are required to have tertiary qualifications incorporating
- a computing major, a proven record in administrative systems analysis
- within an INGRES environment and good communication skills.
- Experience with project management and with the Software Through
- Pictures CASE tool would be an advantage.
