- Yeah, sure. Like Dracula's shadow choking Mr. Harker? That leaves SO
- much to the imagination. Frankly, I found much of the movie simplistic
- in its imagery and symbolism. It doesn't go much deeper that the fake
- bite marks on Lucy's neck.

- It was a lame attempt at a tragic love story. Don't you see the irony?
- The tragedy? Dracula waits 400 years to reunite with his dead lover
- and what does she do? She kills him! For the sake of love! Sheah...
- right!
-
- This stuff is as old as Dracula.
- Shakespeare did it earlier with Romeo and Juliet before FCC. And there
- was Pyramus and Thisbe way before Shakespeare.
-
- If you're looking for subtlety in this movie, you won't find it. If
- you want real subtlety look for the prevailing bodily fluid in this
- movie. No, it's not blood, it's barf.
-
- Harker: "Mina, how could you pity such a creature?" *BARF*
- Mina: "...and I see a river around the castle..." *BARF*
-
- Anyone else want to add?
