  24. Wayne and Garth host an episode of "Wayne's World" (before
  25. the show is bought and corrupted by Rob Lowe, the Evil
  26. Television Producer) in which the featured guest is the
  27. inventor of the "Suck Cut." It's a dead-on parody of the
  28. Flowbee, except it looks like the Suck Cut is a more
  29. sophisticated device -- the business end of it is HUGE
  30. and apparently quite heavy, so one would assume that a
  31. Suck Cut user need not own the canister vacuum cleaner
  32. necessary to operate a Flowbee.

  34. The inventor applies the Suck Cut to Garth's shaggy head 
  35. (much to Garth's vocal dismay), and Garth appears to be
  36. in great pain as his hair is pulled into the machine.

  38. When the inventor looks pointedly at Wayne, who is
  39. gleefully watching the spectacle, Wayne has to agree:
  40. "It sucks, and it cuts," he says to the camera with 
  41. classic infomercial sincerity.
  42.  
  43. The inventor is then dismissed from the set, looking
  44. confused. He is unaware that he's been made the brunt of
  45. a joke in front of thousands(?) of public access cable
  46. viewers.
