  14.   I've just come across another problem with my resizable panel_list, This
  15.   problem relates to the length of the item string. The panel_list will
  16.   not shrink smaller than the length of the longest string in the list,
  17.   and hence the scrollbar moves off the edge of the window. Is there an
  18.   easy way to stop this happening? (I want my scrollbar back!). 
  19.   Open Windows mailtool V3 does it... the item string seems to be of
  20.   infinite length!...
