- Bear in mind that not all of the stuff described therein is implemented
- in existing SPARC chips; the only currently-available SPARC V8 chips I
- know of are the Viking^H^H^H^H^H^HSuperSPARC and
- Tsunami^H^H^H^H^H^H^microSPARC chips, although others will probably come
- out in the future (e.g., Pinnacle^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^HHyperSPARC).

- For example, most SPARC chips don't support the multiply and divide
- instructions (they do support multiply step), although SunOS 4.1 and
- later have simulation code for those instructions.
