  11. We have a HP LaserJet IIIsi printer connected to a Sun SparcStation IPC
  12. over a serial (RS-232) line. There is no problem with PostScript or
  13. PCL output but we cannot switch between PostScript and PCL sending
  14. escape sequences to the printer. It appears line driver does not
  15. send escape character (0x27) to the printer. We tried to use tty ports
  16. directly but could not succseed. Has anybody else faced the same problem ?
