- And, here, I thought I was doing so well using skim milk :-)
- Oh, well. It was good, and I only had one piece; the rest
- disappeared thanks to my daughter and friends :-)

- I think I will try the modified recipe and try to find that
- fat gram counter.

- I wonder if I could use just the egg white. (2 whites equiv to 1 whole egg
- in most modified recipes I've seen.)
