- Frankly, I would advise taking the title literally. Think first,
- then diet. "The diet" is not going to do it, *you* are going to do
- it. From all that I have read and observed, diets (or lifestyle
- changes) work because people have thought out what they are willing
- to do.

- As far as the statistics go, somebody should have filled Bill Clinton
- in. The chances of one of perhaps 200 million eligible people
- actually becoming President is so low that it is almost ridiculous.
- So, he should have gotten smart and never tried.

- I can promise you that you will fail if you don't try to diet (or
- change your lifestyle, I like that better). If you try, you may
- fail. You may fail many times. You may eventually find what works
- for you, though, or the practice in trying may help you to succeed.
