- Yes yes yes! I'm absolutely like this! It has been causing me
- problems lately because I've been wanting to eat more (not out
- of hunger) so I've been over doing it on foods that are OK. But
- it's not working (of course) and I'm getting htat out of control
- feeling. I can understand alot about *why* I'm getting these
- feelings but its not enough to keep me from acting on them
- So what's the answer? Once you know your motivation, how can
- you use it to change your behaviour? Or do you just brute
- force the change (willpower?)? I think that's what I've been
- doing for almost a year and I can see it isn't a long term
- solution.
