- I never cared for yogurt on potatos. And I _ADORE_ sour cream.
- Non-fat sour cream is made out of sour skim-milk, not very artifical,
- and thickeners like gums and corn starch. They're doing amazing things
- with plant starches in replacing fat. I don't think you have to be
- afraid of eating something "unnatural" in most of the new non-fat foods.
- Any more than you have to be afraid of any "full-fat" food.

- Oh, the Hyatt hotels have a divine selection of light (low-fat) meals
- on their menus. Things like pasta with marinara and summer squash and
- scallops. I discovered that when I was traveling once. Tasted great!
