- Alright Pete! Congratulations!
-
- 185 pounds on an 18 month fast! Wow... I too was a member of an HMR
- group here in Albuquerque, but had to drop out after the first three
- months because of the money involved ($500.00 + per month is what this
- place charged; included the supplements, plus the medical charges), so
- I guess I am a little jealous... But, I am also getting a vicarious
- thrill from your success too.
-
- Me? I've got something on the order of 250 pounds to lose. I am trying
- to master my behaviors and control the food I buy and consume to get
- a handle on my food intake. I am using some of the methodology that I
- learned from the HMR people too; food diaries, etc. How has that
- worked for you?
-
- Incidently, if there are others out there with HMR stories, I'd sure
- like to hear about them too.
-
- Pete - have you changed your lifestyle significantly from what is was
- before you started your program? I mean things like daily workouts and
- the like?
-
- How are things going for you socially and personally with friends, loved
- ones, and co-workers? Do they treat you differently now?
-
- Thanks for any info; feel free to post on the net, or email me directly!
-
- See ya,
-
