  13. I responded to an ad in the back of BBW Magazine for a brochure from
  14. a place that carries patterns for large-size and tall women, sizes
  15. 22 to 70.  I already know about Great Fit and other large size patterns
  16. available through the regular pattern catalogues, but I had never 
  17. heard of this place.  Anyway, I got it today and it looks great!

  19. It's mostly career stuff, suits and dresses, with a few casual things
  20. like jumpers, blouses, etc.  There is a drawing and description of
  21. each pattern, and it looks like the average price for a pattern is
  22. around $12.00.  I'm definitely going to place an order.  They will
  23. also make the clothes for you if you don't like to sew, or whatever.

  31. I believe the brochure cost a couple of dollars, but there is a coupon
  32. enclosed that makes up for it if you order.  They have a lot of patterns!

  35. Also I got another catalog from a company called Grey Walsh capes, they
  36. carry a wide variety of capes, some in large sizes.  They are having a
  37. sale right now, for example one item is a "Sherlock Holmes" cape,
  38. a long, fully lined, wool cape in tan tweedy weave, with an attached
  39. shoulder cape  and welt pockets.  They say it fits super-sizes.  It
  40. is normally $350.00, but is now on sale for $99.00.  They also have
  41. a matching "Sherlock Holmes" cap available for $15.00 (regularly $40.00)
