  18. Seriously, I always was perplexed by this theory that wearing dark colors
  19. would make women look thinner. I just never saw it. A fat women who wore
  20. black would look like the night sky. If she wore dark blue, the ocean.
  21. Which is not to say negative things - the night sky and the ocean are
  22. very romantic after all. Similarly though, when I hear some large women
  23. shunning dark colors because of a perception that they're "subduing",
  24. that's not quite right either, because I've seen some VERY provocative
  25. fashions in black, and as for blue - well, anyone ever hear the song
  26. "Devil With the Blue Dress On"?
